Information you enter

You may enter business and client records, appointments, contact details, inventory, job notes, financial amounts, and other information relevant to your business. Some apps allow reference photos or care notes. Only enter information you have authority to use, especially information about children, clients, tenants, or employees.

Where your records are stored

App records are stored locally on your device. These apps do not provide an AetherMint account or an AetherMint cloud database. AetherMint does not receive the records you enter through normal app use. Android record databases are encrypted on your device with a key held in the device’s secure storage. Reference photos remain in the app’s private files. Business display and contact settings may be stored separately. Protect your device with appropriate access controls.

Photos and permissions

Where a feature allows photos, you choose an image using your device's image picker. Selected photos are retained with your local records. The apps do not upload these photos to AetherMint. We do not request microphone or location access for these features.

Exports and backups

You can export records, create PDF invoices or create a complete backup. You decide where to save or share exported files. If you choose an email, cloud-storage or other sharing app, that service handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy. Exported files can contain personal information. Complete backups include records, business settings and attached photo files. Exported backups and invoices are not encrypted by the app; store them privately and protect any copies you share. Large attachments may need to be reduced to fit backup size limits.

Collection, advertising and sale

These apps do not include advertising or analytics that sends your business records to AetherMint. We do not sell your records. Google Play separately handles purchases, payments and store activity under Google's policies. Standard platform services may process technical information independently.

Retention and deletion

Records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Deleting a record removes it from the active record list. Previously attached local photo files may remain in app storage until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Exported copies remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted separately. Back up important records before uninstalling.

Business responsibility and children

These apps are tools for adult business operators. They are not intended for children to use independently. Daycare or tutoring operators may enter information about children where appropriately authorised. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions and using, sharing and retaining your business records appropriately.
